The possibilities are endless. Only our imagination can limit us to what we can do. My (Matt Cleveland's) imagination has been working in overdrive for the past 4 months thinking of how to get this done. Well, it finally came through and the equipment is here (well, almost). So what can we do? Well, let's put my ideas into four distinct categories:

Live Taping Events: With our equipment we can live-tape any event with four camera angles put together semi-professionally with various transitions. This opens the door to tape Football games with field-angle views, concerts in professional quality, and possibly even the musical. This would probably be the most involved aspect of production.

Game Shows: Last year, the school was entertained with Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. This year, there could be more shows to boost school participation and morale. Game show ideas that have been suggested: Win Tim Altis' Money, Millionaire, Class Feud, Let's Make a Deal, and Whose Line is it Anyway. With our new equipment, our production quality will increase ten-fold.

Weekly Broadcast: A weekly variety broadcast to the school over channel one will entertain and inform students. The show would consist of local, national, and world news as well as spoofs of regular television shows and reviews and previews of sports matches. The show will not kick off at the beginning of the year. With a great group of enthusiastic producers, the Broadcast could start during the Second Quarter.

Local, World-Wide Distribution: Any content we put together, if applicable, could be aired on the local public access station for no cost. This would give the school lots of opportunities for local outreach. As well as local broadcast, broadcasts could be made available through the Internet utilizing the Realplayer Format, allowing both live and taped, on-demand broadcast.

As you can see, I'm very excited for the possibilities. Now, how can you help? Check out Camera Tactics for Dummies .
